Gavin Evans ADI.

I had some check test training with Wayne for my first one. Got a 6!!

Thanks Wayne.

I first contacted Wayne Harris when I was badly let down by my training
provider in Leeds, at that time I was feeling disillusioned and wondering
whether to carry on with my training.

After just one session with Wayne I realised I had a lot to learn,  however
I was impressed  with Wayne’s knowledge of driving instructor training and
how he challenged me to do better. Wayne never let me give in when the going
got tough and after several training sessions with  Wayne. I took my part
three test of instructional ability and passed with 5:5 this was a great day
and  made all the hard work worth while  and I am now well on my way to
building my own successful driving school.

Thanks for all your help

When I first met Wayne I thought he came across as an over confident and slightly arrogant instructor. The first time I worked with Wayne was when I attended ‘Fleetmasters’ Fleet course, (Wayne is a director / trainer for Fleetmasters) I was expecting to have several running’s and arguments with Wayne. Within the first day of the course I soon realised how wrong I was, Wayne’s knowledge of the industry is outstanding and he conducted himself on the fleet course with complete professionalism. I have since worked with Wayne on several occasions in the fleet market, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

As a grade six ADI myself, I have no concerns in recommending Wayne to help others in any aspect of the driving industry.

Matt Lee.

Wayne was recommended by Gavin Evans for check test training.

I had met Wayne in the past at Pontefract Test Centre and just by talking to him it occured to me that he had a  vast knowledge of the industry.  However it wasn’t until I had my first lesson that I realised how committed to his job he really is.

I learnt more from Wayne in the few lessons I had than I did with the training school in Leeds, and now consider him to be a very valuable friend who I still call on from time to time for advice.

I would and have recommended him to other instructors.

After failing my part 3 examination I became a little disillusioned with the training I was receiving from my training school in Leeds when I was told by a fellow instructor to give Wayne a ring and try a couple of hours training with him.
On meeting Wayne I was instantly impressed by his professionalism, his knowledge of the driving industry and his ability to make me feel at ease in his company.
Even though I have only known Wayne a short while I know it was he, more than anyone else, who has helped me achieve my dream of becoming a qualified ADI.
I would not hesitate to recommend Wayne to anybody and now that I have finally come back down from cloud number nine I would like to use this forum to express my deepest thanks for all the help and guidance he has given me.
Looking forward to working with you on my CPD.
Thanks again Mate,
Ian Winstanley
